Allowance Category

Adding “New Allowance Category” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Allowance Category“. Allowance Category page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Allowance”  tab in Allowance Category page.

Enter allowance category name in “Allowance Category Name” field and Click on “All Frequency” drop down then all frequency list will be shown. Select your desired frequency. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved. Confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Allowance Categories

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Allowance Category“. Allowance Category page will be displayed.

If  you need to view list of all allowance category then you may click on “Search Allowance ” tab and list of all allowance category will be shown in the table.


View Allowance Category Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Allowance Category“. Allowance Category page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific allowance category then you may click on “Eye Icon” under the option heading in the table.

The detail of specific allowance category will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit ” Allowance Category ” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Allowance Category“. Allowance Category page will be displayed.

If  you need to perform any update in allowance category information then  click on “Edit Icon” which is under  the  option heading next  to eye icon.

The detail of specific allowance category will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete ” Allowance Category ” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Allowance Category“. Allowance Category page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.
