Award Structure

Adding ” New Award Category” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Award Category” tab in award structure page.

Enter award category name in “Award Category” field input box. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Award Category

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all award category then you may click on “Search award Category” tab and list of all award category will be shown in the table.


View Award Category Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific award category then you may click on “Eye icon” under the option heading in the table.

The detail of specific award category will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Award Category” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

If you need to perform any update in award category information then click on “Edit icon” which is under the option heading next to eye icon.

The detail of specific award category will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete “Award Category” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record  then click on “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Award Entry” tab in award structure page.

Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved. Confirmation message will be displayed  on top of the page.

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Award Structure“. Award Structure page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all award entry then he may click on “Search Award Entry” tab and list of all award entry will be shown in the table.
