Employee Recruitment

 

Adding “Employee Recruitment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Employee” tab in employee recruitment page.

Enter employee name in “Employee Name” field input box. Enter phone no in “Phone NO” field input box. Enter City name in “City” field input box. Enter street in “Street” field input box. Enter state in “State” field input box. Enter zip code in “Zip Code” field input box.

Enter job type in “Job Type” field input box. Enter desired salary in “Desired Salary” field input box. Enter date you can start in “Date You Can Start” field input box. Enter referred by in “Referred By” field input box.

Enter education in “Education” field input box.

Write subject of special study and research in “subject of special study and research” field input box and special skill in “Special Skill” field input box. Write activities in “Activities” field input box and rank in “Rank” field input box. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Employee Recruitment

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all employee recruitment then you may click on “Search Employee” tab and list of all employee recruitment will be shown in the table.


View Employee Recruitment Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific employee recruitment then you may click on “Eye Icon” under the option heading in the table.

Then detail of the employee recruitment will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Employee Recruitment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

If you need to perform any update in employee recruitment information then click on “Edit Icon” which is under the option heading next to eye icon.

The detail of specific employee recruitment  will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete “Employee Recruitment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record then click on “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Adding “Interview Details” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Recruitment“, then click on “Employee Recruitment“. Employee Recruitment page will be displayed.

Click on “Interview Details” tab in employee recruitment page.

Click on “Recruitment ID” drop down then recruitment id list will be shown. Select your desired recruitment id. Street no, employee name and city will be shown in next input boxes. Click on “Department ID” drop down then department id list will be shown. Select your desired department id. Click on “Interview By” drop down then interview by list will be shown. Select your desired interview by. Enter  date in “Date” field input box. Click on “Job Name” drop down then job name list will be shown. Select your desired job name. Enter  comments in “Comments” field input box. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.
