Employee

Search “Employee” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

Enter your required name in “Search by Employee Name” search box and it will show your desired results in the list.


Adding “New Employee” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Employee” tab in Employee page.

Click on “Choose File” button, then select employee picture from hard disk, then selected picture will be appeared in “Employee Picture” field input box. Enter  employee name in “Employee Name” field input box. Enter father name in “Father Name” field input box. Click on “Gender” drop down then gender list will be shown. Select your desired gender. Click on “Religion” drop down then religion name list will be shown. Select your desired religion name. Click on “Nationality” drop down then nationality list will be shown. Select your desired nationality.

Enter  employee  c.n.i.c # in “C.N.I.C #” field input box. Enter date of birth in “Date Of Birth” field input box. Enter birth place in “Birth Place” field input box. Click on “Any disability” drop down then disability list will be shown. Select your desired disability. Click on “Blood Group” drop down then group list will be shown. Select your desired blood group. Click on “Martial Status” drop down then martial status list will be shown. Select your desired martial status. Spouse name and No. of children will  shown next input box.

Click on “Department” drop down then department names list will be shown. Select your desired department name. Click on “Designation” drop down then designation list will be shown. Select your desired designation. Click on “Job Type” drop down then job type list will be shown. Select your desired job. Enter  joining date in “Joining Date” field input box. Enter  educations in “Education” field input box.  Enter  experience in “Experience” field input box. Click on “Report To Department” drop down then report to department names list will be shown. Select your desired report to department. Click on “Report To Employee” drop down then report to employee list will be shown. Select your desired report to employee. Click on “Employee Type” drop down then employee type list will be shown. Select your desired employee type.

Enter  employee address in “Address” field input box.  Enter  city name in “City Name” field input box.  Click on “Area” drop down then area list will be shown. Select your desired area. Enter phone number  in “Phone” field input box. Enter mobile number  in “Mobile” field input box. Enter email in “Email” field input box.

Enter emergency  name in ” Emergency Name” field input box. Enter  relation in “Relation” field input box. Enter emergency phone number  in “Emergency Phone #” field input box. Enter address in “Address” field input box.  Enter  city name in “Emergency City Name” field input box. Enter area in ” Emergency Area” field input box. Enter mobile number in ” Emergency  Mobile #” field input box.

Enter  username in “Username” field input box. Enter password in “Password” field input box. Click on “Status” drop down then status list will be shown. Select your desired status.

Click on “Add” button and enter employee name in “Name” field input box. Click on “Choose File” button, then select employee file from hard disk, then selected picture will be appeared in “File” field input box. If you want to delete any file then click on “Delete icon” under the delete heading in the employee certificate. If you want to download employee file then click on “Download ”  under the download  heading in the employee certificate. When you will click on download . The download file will be saved on your computer.  Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Employees

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

If  you need to view list of all employee then you may click on “Search Employee” tab and list of all employee will be shown in the table.


View Employee Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific employee then you may click on “Eye Icon” under the option heading in the table.

The detail of specific employee will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Employee” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

If  you need to perform any update in employee information then  click on “Edit Icon” which is under  the  option heading next  to eye icon.

The detail of specific employee will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete  “Employee” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Employee“, then click on “Employee“. Employee page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.
