Salary Increment

 

Search “Salary Increment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

Enter your required salary in “Search by Employee Name” search box and it will show your desired results in the list.


Adding “Salary Increment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Salary Increment” tab in salary increment page.

Click on “Department ” drop down then department list will be shown. Select your desired department name. Click on “Designation” drop down then designation list will be shown. Select your desired designation name. Click on “Employee Name” drop down then employee name list will be shown. Select your desired employee name and contract id and old salary and contract start date and end date will be shown next input box. Click on “Execution month ” drop down then month list will be shown. Select your desired month. Click on “Execution Year ” drop down than year list will be shown. Select your desired year. Enter start date in “Amount Of Increment” field input box. Write reason in “Reason” field input box. Enter increment date in “Increment Date” field input box. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved. Confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Employee Salary Increment

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all employee salary increment then you may click on “Salary Increment Details ” tab and list of all salary increment will be shown in the table.


View Employee Salary Increment Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific employee salary increment then you may click on “Eye Icon” under the option heading in the table.

The details of specific employee salary increment will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Employee salary increment” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

If  you need to perform any update in employee salary increment information then  click on “Edit icon” which is under  the  option heading next  to eye icon.

The detail of specific employee salary increment will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


View Employee Performance in Details

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

Click on “Employee Performance” tab in salary increment page.

Click on “Employee Name” drop down then employee name list will be shown. Select your desired employee name. Click on “Contract ID” drop down then employee ID list will be shown. Select your desired employee ID  and contract start date and contract end date will be shown next input box. And select employee performance.


Delete “ Employee Salary Increment ” in HR Menu

Click on the “HR Menu“, then “Payroll“, then click on “Salary Increment“. Salary Increment page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record then click on “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.
