Classes

Adding “New Class” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Class” tab in Class page.

Enter class name in “Class Name” field input box.  In Multiselect field, If you want to check all  school name  then click on “Check All” button and if you want to select specific  school name  then click specific school checkbox. Otherwise click on “Clear” button then all school names  get unselected.  Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Classes

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all classes then you may click on “All Classes” tab and list of all classes will be shown in the table.


View Class Details

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific class then you may click on “Eye icon” under the option heading in the table.

 

The detail of specific class will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Class” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

If you need to perform any update in class information then click on “Edit icon” which is under the option heading next to eye icon.

The detail of specific class will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete “Class” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Adding “Section” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Section” tab in Classes page.

Click on “Class” drop down then class name list will be shown. Select your desired class. And enter section  name in “Section Name” field input box. Then click on “Room No.” drop down then room no list will be shown. Select your desired room no. and write maximum capacity in “Maximum Capacity” field input box. In Multiselect field, If you want to check all school classes then click on “Check All” button and if you want to select specific school then click specific school checkbox. Otherwise click on “Clear” button then all school get unselected. Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved. Confirmation message will be displayed  on top of the page.

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

If you need to view list of all sections then he may click on “Search Section” tab and list of all sections will be shown in the table.

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Settings“, then click on “Classes“. Classes page will be displayed.

Then click on “Search Section” tab and following screen will be displayed.
