Students

Search “Student” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Student page will be displayed.

Enter your required name in “Search by Student Name” search box and it will show your desired name in the list.


Adding “New Student” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Students page will be displayed.

Click on “Add Student” tab in student page.

Click on “Choose File” button, then select student picture from hard disk, then selected picture will be appeared in “Student Picture” field input box. Enter  student name in “Student Name” field input box. Click on “Gender” drop down then gender list will be shown. Select your desired gender. Enter date of birth in “Date Of Birth” field input box. Enter birth place in “Birth Place” field input box. Click on “Hand” drop down then hand list will be shown. Select your desired hand. Click on “Religion” drop down then religion name list will be shown. Select your desired religion name. Click on “Nationality” drop down then nationality list will be shown. Select your desired nationality. Enter b form number in “B Form Number” field input box.

Enter  student address in “Address” field input box.  Enter  city name in “City Name” field input box.  Click on “Area” drop down then area list will be shown. Select your desired area. Enter phone number  in “Phone” field input box. Enter mobile number  in “Mobile” field input box. Enter email in “Email” field input box.

Click on “School” drop down then school names list will be shown. Select your desired school name. Click on “Class/Section” drop down then classes/sections list will be shown. Select your desired class/section. “Roll No.” will shown next input box. Enter  registration number  in “Registration No.” field input box. Enter joining  date in “Joining Date” field input box. Click on “Session” drop down then session names list will be shown. Select your desired session name. Click on “Fee Concession” drop down then fee concession list will be shown. Select your desired fee concession.  Enter previous school name in “Previous School” field input box. Enter previous class  in “Previous Class” field input box.

Enter  guardian name in “Name” field input box. Enter  guardian id card number in “ID Card Number” field input box. Click on “Martial Status” drop down then martial status list will be shown. Select your desired martial status. Enter qualification in “Qualification” field input box. Click on “Occupation Name” drop down then occupations list will be shown. Select your desired occupation. Enter  guardian designation in “Designation” field input box.  Enter  guardian company name in “Company” field input box. Enter  guardian annual income in “Annual Income” field input box. Enter  guardian address in “Address” field input box. Enter  city name in “City Name” field input box.  Click on “Area” drop down then area list will be shown. Select your desired area. Enter phone number  in “Phone” field input box. Enter mobile number  in “Mobile” field input box. Enter email in “Email” field input box.

Enter  mother name in “Name” field input box. Enter  mother id card number in “ID Card Number” field input box. Click on “Martial Status” drop down then martial status list will be shown. Select your desired martial status. Enter qualification in “Qualification” field input box. Click on “Occupation Name” drop down then occupations list will be shown. Select your desired occupation. Enter  mother designation in “Designation” field input box.  Enter company name in “Company” field input box. Enter  mother annual income in “Annual Income” field input box. Enter address in “Address” field input box. Enter  city name in “City Name” field input box.  Click on “Area” drop down then area list will be shown. Select your desired area. Enter mobile number  in “Mobile” field input box. Enter phone number  in “Phone” field input box.

Enter  name in “Name” field input box. Enter phone number  in “Phone” field input box. Enter mobile number  in “Mobile” field input box. Enter address in “Address” field input box. Enter  city name in “City Name” field input box.  Click on “Area” drop down then area list will be shown. Select your desired area. Enter  relation in “Relation” field input box.

Click on “Blood Group” drop down then group list will be shown. Select your desired blood group. Enter  phone in “Phone” field input box. Enter doctor name in “Doctor Name” field input box. Enter mobile in “Mobile” field input box.  Enter clinic address in “Click address” field input box.

Enter  username in “Username” field input box. Enter password in “Password” field input box. Click on “Status” drop down then status list will be shown. Select your desired status.

Click on “Add” button and enter student name in “Name” field input box. Click on “Choose File” button, then select student file from hard disk, then selected picture will be appeared in “File” field input box. If you want to delete any file then click on “Delete icon” under the delete heading in the student certificate. If you want to download student file then click on “Download ”  under the download  heading in the student certificate. When you will click on download . The download file will be saved on your computer.  Then click on “Save” button and your information will be saved and confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


List of All Students

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Students page will be displayed.

If  you need to view list of all student then you may click on “All Students” tab and list of all students will be shown in the table.


View Student Details

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Students page will be displayed.

If  you need to view all data regarding specific student then you may click on “Eye Icon” under the option heading in the table.

The detail of specific student will be shown in the pop-up.


Update/Edit “Student” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Students page will be displayed.

If  you need to perform any update in student information then  click on “Edit Icon” which is under  the  option heading next  to eye icon.

The detail of specific student will be shown in the pop-up.

Make your desired changes in “Update Data” pop-up. After making all the changes click on “Update” button and your information will be saved. confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.


Delete “Student” in School Menu

Click on the “School Menu“, then “Students“, then click on “Students“. Students page will be displayed.

If you want to delete any record “Delete icon” under the option heading in the table.

When you will click on “Delete icon” then confirmation pop-up will appear. If you need to delete record then you may click on “Delete” button and record will be deleted.

After deletion of record a confirmation message will be displayed on top of the page.
